Common questions about pricing
No. Employee participation is always free. Your company's plan covers everything. Employees connect their professional profiles through a simple OAuth flow at no cost to them. We designed it this way intentionally, because network participation should never have a per-person price tag.
An active role is any open position that has been posted in Drafted and is currently receiving warm path matches. Roles that are paused, closed, or in draft state do not count toward your limit. You can have any number of archived roles from previous hiring cycles.
Yes. You can upgrade immediately at any time and the new plan takes effect right away. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. If you switch from monthly to annual, we prorate the difference based on your remaining monthly period.
The Growth plan includes Greenhouse and Lever integrations. The Scale plan adds Workday. We also have a REST API available on Scale that allows custom integrations with other systems. We are actively building new ATS integrations based on customer demand.
Yes. Starter and Growth plans both include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your selected plan during the trial. If you choose not to continue, your account and all data are deleted automatically at the end of the trial period.
Annual billing charges you for 12 months upfront at a 15% discount compared to monthly. This works out to paying for roughly 10.2 months instead of 12. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each annual period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
